What if you find a hot new listing that just came on the market but find out you’re only one of nine other buyers chomping at the bit to submit an offer on it? This is a daunting scenario, and it can cause some buyers to wonder whether it’s even worth it to submit an offer at all. Although it’s not uncommon for properties in our market to receive upwards of 20 offers, it’s always worth it to write an offer if you follow some basic guidelines to help that offer stand out to the seller.
